Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat $15 on every order. There are no thresholds and no carrier options to choose — the rate is the same whatever you order, and it covers protective packaging as well as postage. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated on the merchandise total rather than on shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Research compounds are packaged appropriately for transit. Upon receipt, store per accepted laboratory practice. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

We ship only where permitted by law. Some destinations or products may be restricted or unavailable.
