- Are these products for human use?
- No. Every product is sold strictly for laboratory and research use only — not for human or animal consumption. See our Research-Use-Only disclaimer.
- Do your products come with a Certificate of Analysis?
- Yes. Every batch is independently tested and the COA is available before you buy. Browse them in the Quality Standards vault.
- How should research compounds be stored?
- Lyophilized compounds are generally stored cool and dry, away from light. Follow accepted laboratory practice for handling and storage. This is general lab guidance, not dosing or medical advice.
- How do I pay for my order?
- You pay directly from your banking or payment app — Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. When you finish checkout we show you the exact amount, who to send it to, and your order number. Send the payment, include that order number in the note, and we ship as soon as it lands.
- Why can't I pay by card on the site?
- We settle through Zelle, Venmo and Cash App rather than a card processor. It keeps our prices where they are, and it means your payment goes straight to us with nothing held in between.
- What do I put in the note or memo?
- Your order number — it looks like BT-C43E9632. That is the only thing connecting your payment to your order. If you use Venmo or Cash App, tapping the button on the confirmation screen fills it in for you. On Zelle you will need to type it yourself.
- I sent the payment but forgot the order number. What now?
- Reply to your confirmation email and tell us the amount you sent and the name on your account. We will match it by hand. Nothing is lost — it just takes us a little longer to spot it.
- I closed the page before paying. Where are the details?
- They are in your confirmation email, and the link in it reopens the same payment screen any time — no password needed.
- How long after I pay does my order ship?
- We confirm transfers through the day. Once yours is confirmed, your order moves to packing and you get a tracking number by email.
- Can I pay with a different app than the one I picked?
- Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email and choose another — the amount and your order number stay the same.
- Is my payment protected?
- We receive payments through business accounts on Venmo and Cash App, which carry those platforms' purchase protection. If anything is wrong with your order, reply to your confirmation email and we will put it right.
- How do bulk discounts work?
- Quantity discounts apply to a single compound (10% off 5–10, 20% off 11+), and the Start Your Stack discount gives 20% off when your stack has five or more distinct compounds. The best discount applies automatically.
- How do I get wholesale pricing?
- Licensed providers can request wholesale access by verifying an NPI on the Provider page. Once verified, provider pricing applies across the catalog.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is a flat $15 on every order — no thresholds and no options to pick, so the cost is the same whatever you order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
